An opportunity to purchase a rare award winning Gilbern Estate car. Only 12 estates are on the road today (DVLA). Mallard Blue with a tan vinyl top and a full length Weather Shield sun roof (nearly new), manual overdrive. In 1991 it underwent a full body off restoration, it was done so well the chassis/body and engine are still in first class order with only 25K miles on the clock since. The heater has been modified and works perfectly and the electrics have been updated. MOT until June, exempt after that. Recent parts replaced include: adjustable Shockers F/R, Calipers, Discs and Pads, all Stainless hoses, King pins and bushes, Track rod ends, Rack boots, Brake master cylinder, rear Brake shoes and cylinders, Rear brake pipes, Handbrake cable, Clutch, Clutch master cylinder, Gear box linkage bushes, Fuel line F to R, Electronic fuel pump, Water pump, all Silicone Hoses, Radiator, Front Screen, Tailgate Struts, New tyres and chrome wheel nuts, chassis cleaned and painted. A lot of time and money has been lavished on this car by me as I intended to keep it but things have changed and I am very reluctantly going to let it go.
