I sadly need to sell my 1964 two-stroke Saab 96. This is one of the few bullnose Saabs left in the UK. The car was fully rebuilt in the 1990's (photo-log showing work done) and the engine was rebuilt by MacDonald Saab a few years ago (receipts present). The car is in very original trim and excellent condition. I have recently rebuilt the brakes and replaced the battery prior to an MOT in the summer (although it's exempt). I have also replaced the points with an Aldon electronic system (although you can't tell from the outside) and rebuilt the carb to cope with modern fuel. It runs beautifully (complete with clouds of two-stroke smoke!) and keeps up with modern traffic. It has the three-speed box and the freewheel all works as it should. The car comes with several spares which I've never needed. It has been kept garaged by myself and the previous owner.
