I'm selling a car, or an artwork, can't decide - I call it '2 shades of blue' It was a lesser part of my Volvo 300 collection (originally bought as a parts car but when delivered I decided it was too good.) It has all the paper work, original handbook and service book and V5 in my name since June 2016. It has a lovely sounding Kenwood Radio Cassette. It is basically a 1986 Volvo 340 GL MANUAL, I have had some fun with it, with powder blues doors (mk1 style) and bonnet and tailgate and similarly a mix of blue and grey seats. More pics on gum tree. I would never be happy releasing a sub-standard car so I have spent some considerable time getting this acceptable (more than I could earn back!) these last few weeks, as well as the fun cosmetic work, it had several water leaks, so a replacement radiator, heater matrix, and a repair to the heater pipe that runs the leangth of the engine have been carried out. Also the heater blower needed a replacement resistor pack, a replacement wiper motor and washer pump are now in place too. A nice pair of new Firestone tyres are in place too. The rear brakes were stuck, the handbrake adjuster on both sides now being freed and the slaves a bit stuck, all ok now I have freed them, I have swapped a rubber on the anti-roll bar link too - and now it has an MoT, yeah!
