Auction date: 14th March 2015 1951 Packard Patrician 400 LHD Estimate: EUR 12,500 Body colour: Blue-metallic Trim colour: Blue A veritable gem for collectors of vintage American automobiles! This Packard Patrician 400 is an early model, built in 1951. It features the highest trim level available at its time. The four-door sedan comes according to its previous owner in an unrestored, original state. Owing to the very dry conditions in the desert state of Arizona, it is largely free of visible rust and still bears an ancient paintwork with truly charming patina. Technically, too, the Patrician is in a very decent state for its age. The straight eight engine with a capacity of 5.4 litres starts up and runs, the car is conditionally fit to drive. The Packard has been cleared through customs and comes with the US title. This is a very rare specimen which ought to cut a fine figure at classic car get-togethers.
