The Rover SD1 is still an imposing car on todays roads. Where most classics seem to have shrunk, the old Rover is still a big car by modern standards. There are just 10 Vanden Plas manual V8 cars left on the DVLA system so you are unlikely to come across another. Within the last three years the car has had a full body restoration in its original Arun White and still looks very fresh today. The interior is excellent with light patina to the seats but no rips or tears. The headlining has been replaced and the sunroof operates correctly. On the road the car performs well with plenty of power from the Buick derived V8. There is a new cam fitted and the car has a fresh MOT. This is the perfect car to take the whole family to shows, it attracts lots of attention and admiring comments from all who see her.
