MG Midget in Teal Blue. It's a 1972 Round Wheel Arch MKIII, considered the most desirable of the Midgets. This one has wire wheels and had a new hood in May 2017, with lots of work done including an Ivor Searle rebuilt engine, running on unleaded, with a single HIF carb - this doesn't affect performance either way but means you don't have to balance 2 carbs so it is apparently a fairly common modification. It runs very well, starts first time and is comfortable cruising at 60 - 65mph but capable of more if needed. It had new fuel tank in June last year, with a reconditioned diff, new radiator, upgrade to H4 headlamps and the suspension and brakes overhauled at the same time: It's been regularly serviced and well maintained. Kept in a garage and only used on dry days, but nevertheless it's been great fun on journeys in Europe and on some long road trips in the last few years. The bodywork and interior is in good condition. The steering wheel is off an earlier model because I preferred that to the smaller moto lita one it had when I bought it, but there's a correct period early 70s one as well if you want to change it to something more original. Comes with a spare (wire wheel) with a good new tyre, correct period jack and hide hammer for the knock on/knock off wheels, full tonneau cover and a hood cover.. It's a great little car and I'll be sad to see it go, but new purchase forces a sale.
