1972 Giulia Super 1.6 RHD car imported from Cyprus in 2017 Solid if slightly scruffy car, drives well. We have just fitted 2 new (reconditioned) brake servos (boosters), clutch hydraulics & it recently had a new heater valve. The engine pulls really well, the gearbox is good, there is a vibration from the prop at 40mph but that may well have been fixed by the time the car is sold. Speedo shows 43,000 miles but there's no history to verify that I'm afraid. Seats have been retrimmed at some point and a new headlining fitted. A straight-through rear silencer has also been fitted but that too will be replaced with a standard one, as the penchant for setting off car alarms from 2 miles gets a bit tiring... Yes, the rims are incorrect (being 1750 ones) but why not fit a handling kit, a set of 15" GTA alloys, a hot 2-litre engine & surprise a few moderns in this green goddess? Happy to stick the car on a ramp, so you can pick holes in it, tell me your Dad had one, & shoot the breeze, I've got nothing else to do ;-) Hell, being a 1972 car it's road tax & MOT exempt - after Brexit people will be clambering for something so cheap to keep! You could even go historic rallying.....?
